About Our Studio
Dr. Karen Palkovits-Stauber started her yoga journey 20 years ago! In the early months of chiropractic college, a fellow student taught a group of classmates. Dr. Palkovits-Stauber found it a healing, peaceful refuge from the stress of academics! It also reminded her of the strength, focus and movement of ballet she enjoyed in her youth.
Fast forward 20 years: Dr. Palkovits-Stauber completed both her Accessible Yoga Training (Jivana Heyman) and her YTT-200 (Jenny Jackson/Body Balanced Wellness) during 2020. She has been adding yoga to treatment plans for chiropractic patients and developing foundational yoga sessions for non-patients alike.

From first time learners and those getting back into yoga after a break or health issue, to bodies of diverse abilities looking to improve function, alignment and mobility, Dr. Palkovits-Stauber highly recommends the ancient practice of yoga.
